petschool.ai is a static website. We set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking services, embed no third-party fonts, scripts or videos and offer no user accounts, comments or newsletter. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated with an external hosting provider in Germany. When you access a page, the server automatically records information sent by your browser:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • page or file requested and amount of data transferred
  • referrer URL
  • browser type, browser version and operating system

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Content delivery network (Cloudflare)

To deliver this website securely and quickly we use services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Requests to this website are routed through Cloudflare servers; in doing so Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and availability). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, a data processing agreement including standard contractual clauses is in place.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your details (email address, content of the message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry relates to a contract. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Where this website contains affiliate links to Amazon, they are marked with an asterisk (*). These are ordinary links: no data is transferred to Amazon simply by visiting our pages. Only when you click such a link are you taken to Amazon; Amazon can then recognise that you came from our website and may set its own cookies. Amazon’s privacy notice applies to data processing by Amazon. The legal basis for using these links is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in funding this site).
